Stress Management

Physical and emotional stress can put your body at risk. Stress can lead to illness and have emotional consequences. Managing stress is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. EHP addresses the components of stress on your body with education, stretching, and exercise.

Stress Management Classes

Stress management classes can be brought to your worksite and tailored to your department/worksite needs. If you have at least 10 people interested in a class, and a room, EHP will bring the class(es) to you at your convenience. Class times can be from 10-90 minutes.

Counseling Assistance and Referral Services (CARS) also provides workshops and training that address emotional areas of stress. Topics include emotional intelligence, assertiveness skills, and conflict management. These workshops are available through Learning Central or you can request onsite training for your department. Yoga and Other Exercise Opportunities
