Stress Management
Physical and emotional stress can put your body at risk. Stress can
lead to illness and have emotional consequences. Managing stress is an
important part of a healthy lifestyle. EHP addresses the components of
stress on your body with education, stretching, and exercise.
Stress Management Classes
Stress management classes can be brought to your worksite and
tailored to your department/worksite needs. If you have at least 10
people interested in a class, and a room, EHP will bring the class(es)
to you at your convenience. Class times can be from 10-90 minutes.

Management
Other wellness topics can be found on the Worksite
Wellness page and combined to meet the needs of your team. We work
around your schedule (during the university normal work hours) For more

Counseling
Assistance and Referral Services (CARS) also provides workshops
and training that address emotional areas of stress. Topics include
emotional intelligence, assertiveness skills, and conflict management.
These workshops are available through Learning Central or you can
request onsite training for your department. For more information, go to

Yoga and Other Exercise Opportunities
Yoga and exercise are effective means to help manage your stress.
