Consults

Individual or small group nutrition consults with the dietitian are available. A consult can be for any nutrition related issue or concern. Consults can also be scheduled to follow-up a fitness assessment, lipid or glucose testing, or personalized workouts. Weight management support is also available. Dietary Analysis

Dietary analysis can help determine if you are meeting your dietary goals and nutritional requirements. The dietary analysis requires the client keep a detailed 3-day food record. The information is analyzed to calculate the breakdown of calories, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. Results are compared to your calculated needs. Dietary analysis forms.

Recipe Analysis

One key to healthy eating is to know what you are eating. If you have a personal recipe you would like analyzed for nutrient content (Nutrition Facts) you can send it to the dietitian for an analysis. You can also get tips on how to make a recipe healthier (reducing fat content, calorie content, etc.). If you would like your favorite recipe analyzed, e-mail the recipe for an analysis. Please limit recipe analysis to 2 per individual.

Nutrition Classes

Nutrition classes can be brought to your worksite. If you have at least 10 people interested in a class, and a room, the dietitian will bring the class(es) to you at your convenience. Time needed for each class is 45-60 minutes. Topics can be found on the Worksite Wellness page. We work around your schedule. Please call for availability.
