Employee Health Promotion Program

The Physical Components of Stress Management

EHPP addresses the physical components of stress on your body with exercise, stretching, nutrition, and smoking cessation.

Stress Management Classes

Stress management classes can be brought to your worksite and tailored to your department/worksite needs. If you have at least 10 people interested in a class, and a room, EHPP will bring the class(es) to you at your convenience. Class times can be from 10-90 minutes.

  • Stress Reduction with Stretching
  • Defending Your Wellness – Lifestyle Factors to Help with Stress Management

Other wellness topics can be found on the Worksite Wellness page and combined to meet the needs of your team. We work around your schedule (during the university normal work hours) For more information contact: 272-4460

Our partner program, Counseling Assistance and Referral Services (CARS) provides Stress Management programming, which addresses other areas of stress.
