inProcess™ Quick Reference Sheet

To view UNMJobs-related process maps, point Internet Explorer to: http://inprocess.unm.edu
In order to view these maps, you must:

1. Use Internet Explorer (this is currently the only browser supported)
2. Have Adobe SVG installed on your computer. To install Adobe SVG, go here:  http://www.adobe.com/svg/viewer/install/mainframed.html ; scroll down and select "Win 98-XP"

When logging on, use the following information:

User name: UNM
p/w: GoLobos1

You may then expand the folder list on the left hand side of the screen to explore the UNMJobs folder.

With the inProcess Viewer open, you can click the buttons along the side to navigate

Click a Task or Decision shape to view a description of the activity.
Click a Boundary or Connector shape to link to related procedures.
Click Document or Multi-Document shapes to view attachments related to particular activities, then select the link from the pop-up list.
Use the Scroll bars to view portions of the map outside the browser window
