Remember, even though there are pilot and non-pilot forms, the review schedule will remain the same for both:
- November 2015 – Employee begins self-assessment
- December 2015 – Employee completes self-assessment
- January 2016 – Supervisor begins completing performance review form/s and schedules review meetings with individual employees
- February 2016 – Supervisor completes review process and submits signed forms to HR
- March 1, 2016 – All 2015 performance review forms are due to HR by 5:00pm
