Employee Health Promotion (EHP) is hosting the 2nd Annual Stadium Stair Challenge on April 29, 2017! EHP has extended the training sessions this year and is offering a seven-week course in March and April to help you reach your max fitness potential.
During the training courses, EHP’s Reed Vawter, Registered Dietitian, will instruct you on how to Fuel For Your Fitness. You’ll focus on optimizing nutrition to help you reach your fitness goals. He’ll discuss nutrient timing, food choices, and hydration so you can get the most from your workouts. Specific suggestions for the Stadium Stair Challenge will also be included to ensure you are ready for race day! EHP’s Lauren Lewis, NASM-CPT, will train you on how to properly climb the stairs, offer tips on preventing injury, and provide a program for you to follow throughout the week to help you perform your best! Michelle Ritter, yoga instructor, will lead a yoga session the Wednesday before the event to help you focus your energy and recovery. The Class Schedule is available HERE.
Put your skills to the test! On Saturday, April 29, 2017 come walk/jog/run the University Stadium stairs!
