About: Join Talent Development for a course designed to empower leaders to access and leverage the untapped capabilities of their teams, rekindle energy and enthusiasm, and help teams achieve stronger results. In her research, leadership expert Liz Wiseman made a crucial discovery: There is far more intelligence and energy within organizations than we realize. Leaders play a key role in unlocking these capabilities.
FranklinCovey has partnered with Wiseman to develop a solution that helps leaders reach new levels of performance by amplifying the intelligence of those around them. Multipliers deliver stronger results as individuals grow and teams excel.

Course: Connect Through Conversations
About: This course helps leaders understand that engaging in the business outcome of a conversation is just as important as recognizing and addressing people's feelings, such as feeling respected and appreciated. Participants will explore the role of emotional intelligence in effective leadership while developing foundational skills that can be applied to a wide range of workplace situations.
