The American College of Sports Medicine recommends 30 - 60 minutes of daily physical activity. In an effort to help you achieve that goal, EHP offers a variety of educational presentations as well as lifestyle campaigns designed to promote the benefits of physical activity. We will work with your group to customize classes on stretching and strengthening, assist in implementing walking groups with suggested routes, and identify ways to incorporate exercise into your lifestyle 60 Minutes of daily physical activity.
