Wellness is more than just working out or eating clean. There are many dimensions to a balanced, healthy life.
The UNM and Health Sciences Virtual Well-Being Expo 2022 offers you educational workshops and ideas to support and enhance your physical, mental, emotional, and financial growth.
Talks will include various wellbeing topics like mindfulness, learning about our newest wellness platform Burnalong, financial strategies, emotional intelligence, LGBTQIA healthcare, and reframing conflict
Sessions will be available via Zoom on Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 15 and Nov. 16, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. And on Thursday Nov. 17 at 10 to 11:30am and 12 to 1:30pm for QPR Gatekeeper Training which will be offered to 25 registrants per class.
The Expo, sponsored by UNM Benefits & Employee Wellness and HSC Wellness, is virtual and open to UNM and Health Sciences faculty, staff, retirees, alumni, and students.

Be sure to place the exact time of the webinar on your calendar since the zoom link registers you for any of the Tuesday and Wednesday classes between 10am and 2pm. The QPR Training sessions on Thursday have unique registration links and the classes are limited to the first 25 registrants.
