Prohibit discrimination on the basis of:

Race/Color/National Origin/Ancestry /Religion/Sex/Sexual Harassment/Age/Disability/Serious Medical Condition/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Veterans Status/Spousal Affiliation.

UNM, state, and federal laws and policies also prohibit retaliation against any person and/or employee for having filed or participated in a discrimination investigation. This provision includes any witnesses who provided any information during an investigation.
