Some Info about WebCT at UNM
- WebCT Vista is a Learning Management System (LMS) used here at UNM since Fall 2006
- WebCT Vista is available to ALL UNM students (including Main, branch campuses, North campus) for academic credit courses
- Tech support available to faculty & students
- Faculty can web-enhance their traditional face-to-face course at any time from the start of registration for a semester to the end of the semester.
- Web-enhanced course is a traditional face-to-face course that uses UNM's official learning management system to expand student learning beyond the boundaries of the classroom. Examples of this include: posting of syllabi and course materials, creation of asynchronous discussions, usage of online quizzes, grade books, communication, and assignment submission tools. The usage of these tools is used to supplement instruction, and does not reduce seat time.
