When does the Department of Labor (DOL) investigate?
When:
- They receive complaints of non-compliance from our staff
- Targeting specific industries, i.e. universities.
- Sometimes it is just a matter of the DOL trying to make their rounds of covered employers if they haven't reviewed them in a while.
