Big changes are on the horizon, and we want your input.
HR, Payroll, and IT are preparing to launch an enterprise-wide timekeeping system that will go live November 1, 2025—an upgrade from the current LoboTime use that will modernize how staff track time and request leave across campuses. For some areas, this will be a refresh of familiar tools. For others manually entering time using Banner Time Entry, it will be a leap into an entirely new, more efficient digital system.
No matter where you are starting from, one thing remains the same: hearing from you is critical to getting this right.
We know that successful change comes from listening to those who will use the system every day. That’s why we’ve launched a new question and feedback form on our website at time.unm.edu. This form is your opportunity to ask questions, raise concerns, and share how timekeeping works best in your area.
What’s Changing and What’s Staying Familiar:
We Want to Hear from You:
This system will only succeed if it works for everyone—and that’s why your perspective is essential. We aim to design a system that fits UNM’s diverse work environments, respects your time, and supports accuracy and fairness across the board.
Stay informed, ask questions, and help lead the future of timekeeping at UNM. Visit time.unm.edu for ongoing updates and resources.
