As the year comes to a close the deadline to complete mandatory training is quickly approaching. Employees have until Dec. 31 to complete these courses.
They take about two hours and have already been added to your Learning Central training plan. Annual mandatory training is crucial in keeping us informed about important safety issues, from preventing accidents and harassment to knowing what to do in an active shooter scenario.

We are rapidly reaching the end of 2025, and with a new tax season around the corner, it’s time to start planning. Please verify and/or update your mailing address in LoboWeb. This is critical to ensure your current mailing address is on your 2025 Form W-2, especially if you choose to have it mailed to you at the end of January 2026. To verify your address Log into MyUNM, enter LoboWeb, and select “Addresses and Directory Information” to view, confirm, or change your mailing address. Deadline for receiving address changes is Jan. 16, 2026.
