Managers and supervisors play a critical role in achieving UNM’s mission and strategic goals. By supporting employee engagement, development, and retention, they also play an important role in ensuring a sustainable workforce at UNM.
HR is excited to announce a new training program targeted toward managers and supervisors. The Lobo Leadership Academy is a four-week training program that includes both in-person sessions and online, self-directed modules. The program focuses on the essential leadership competencies needed to help support your team’s growth, support employee engagement, and offers a deep dive into UNM policies and procedures.
Lobo Leadership Academy replaces the former Employee Life Cycle training and will be required for all new managers and supervisors.
