E – Exceeds Expectations. Employee performed:
- job requirements and demonstrated University Values above expectations
- achieves and frequently exceeded expectations
- significantly contributed to the success of the services and projects they supported
M - Meets Expectations. Employee performed:
- job requirements and demonstrated University Values consistently
- fulfilled expectations and periodically excelled
- work was fully effective, reliable, and of good quality
I – Needs Improvement. Employee:
- did not consistently perform all job requirements or demonstrate all University Values
- some improvement is needed
Supporting Comments
When assessing your employees goals and duties be sure to include descriptive and specific information in the Supervisor supporting comments field. It is important that you use their self assessment as a reference. When entering your supporting comments, make it your own.
- How they accomplished any goals and duties and values
- Training that was completed over the performance review period
- Committees or professional affiliates
- Any additional job duties they acquired over the reporting period
- Any results or data to support goal completion
