Dependent Education Application

Deadline November 30

The deadline to apply for the Dependent Education program for the Spring 2010 semester is Monday, November 30, l 2009. If you currently have a dependent in the program, you do not need to re-apply. If you are a new enrollee or need to re-apply, please fill out the application available at the link below and return it to the HR Service Center by 5:00 pm on Monday, November 30, 2009. The HR Service Center is located in the UNM Business Center at 1700 Lomas Blvd. NE, Suite 1400, MSC012 1220, Albuquerque, NM 87131.

National Great American Smokeout

November 19, 2009

The University of New Mexico's Campus Office of Substance Abuse Prevention (COSAP), Student Health & Counseling (SHAC), and Employee Health Promotion Program (EHPP) will be observing the National Great American Smokeout (GASO) by sponsoring an event on Thursday, November 19, 2009. The event is designed to encourage UNM students, staff, and faculty who smoke to join smokers across the nation in quitting smoking for 24 hours in the hope they may quit for life.
