When it comes to estimating time, more than 40 hours worked in a week, please do not estimate overtime for 2R27. Employees not eligible for holiday pay should conservatively estimate the hours they have been requested to work to avoid overpayment, especially on-call student employees.
Employees who are scheduled to work during the holiday should record the time worked to their supervisor in January.
Only employees eligible for Holiday Pay should input Holiday Hours worked. These are hours that a person is scheduled to work during the holiday. If someone must work during the holiday and is scheduled, please input these hours as earn code 100 (worked holiday).
If you are an employee eligible for Holiday Pay with an FTE equal to .5 and less than one LoboTime Holiday Pay hours need to be reduced to the correct hours in relation to their FTE. Banner Time Entry should enter the Holiday Pay hours in relation to their FTE.
Those taking the holiday another time should move the hours to comp time earned at 1.5 in LoboTime and recorded in Banner Time Entry as comp time earned.
