Employee & Organizational Development is now Engagement & Organizational Development.
EOD’s mission is to design and deliver customized professional development solutions focused on organizational and personal growth for our UNM faculty and staff. EOD collaborates with UNM units and employees to offer services including strategic planning, team building, facilitation, leadership development and more, impacting employee engagement throughout the entire employee career cycle, from the New Employee Experience to Exit Survey data.
“Everything we do is about engagement- getting people engaged at new employee orientation and keeping them engaged throughout their time at UNM. It just made sense to change our name,” EOD Manager, Bonnie Minkus-Holmes said.
