Managers and supervisors play a critical role in achieving UNM’s mission and strategic goals. By supporting employee engagement, development, and retention, they also play an important role in ensuring a sustainable workforce at UNM.
HR is excited to announce a new training program for all managers and supervisors. The Lobo Leadership Academy will consist of a four-week training that includes both in-person and online, self-directed modules. The program will focus on the essential leadership competencies needed to help support your team’s growth, support employee engagement, and offer an intensive deep dive into UNM policy and procedure.
Lobo Leadership Academy replaces the former Employee Life Cycle training and will be required for all new managers and supervisors with at least one direct report.
