The Office of the University Secretary seeks volunteers for the Spring Semester Commencement ceremony scheduled for Saturday, May 11, at 9:00 a.m. in the Pit. This opportunity offers a meaningful way to celebrate the success of our Spring 2024 graduating class.
Various volunteer positions are available, with service timeframes ranging from 7:00 a.m. until the conclusion of the ceremony. Those interested can review available positions and sign up via the form at Signup. Volunteers will receive an invitation to a brief meeting and will be provided with instructions and parking details.
