The Workers’ Compensation Administration of New Mexico has released an updated Workers’ Compensation poster, which replaces the previous version.
All businesses across the state are required to display the new poster by Dec. 31. - WCA_Poster_2025.pdf
	
This updated poster provides essential information in a clear, easy-to-read format—ensuring that every employee understands their rights and every employer has accurate guidance. There are English and Spanish instructions on each poster. The poster must be displayed in a location that is easily visible to all employees, such as an employee lounge or breakroom.
	
Risk Services will be visiting department locations in person across central and branch campuses to ensure compliance with this rule.
