As we entered the pandemic, and moved to online meetings, we all came to realize a new norm and encountered the shared difficulties surrounding no longer being in-person. Staff Council Representatives are a slice of all UNM Staff across all pay grades, departments, campuses, and technological domains. As representatives and committee members joined regular Council meetings, we navigated the difficulties of access and equipment. The Staff Council Technology Committee realized there was a chance to gain insight of lessons learned in collaboration across the various work locations staff now reported from. Staff Council is conducting a “post pandemic, lessons learned” survey to better understand staff access to technology to support interconnectivity, communication, collaboration, effectiveness, and efficiency regardless of location.
Purpose of the Survey
This anonymous survey is tailored to evaluate how changes in our work locations post-pandemic have affected your access to technology, communication between co-workers, and to identify any gaps or challenges you might be facing. Our goal is to help guide Staff Council to advocate for what University Staff might need to fit the new normal of our workplace. Ensuring that all team members have the tools and resources they need, regardless of where they work.
