We want to share an important update regarding the UKG/LoboTime implementation. Based on recent leadership discussions and expert recommendations, we are shifting to a phased rollout approach to better support departments and ensure a smooth transition.
This revised timeline allows us to incorporate valuable feedback, provide more targeted support, and enhance the overall implementation experience.
In the meantime, we’re excited to announce that the first UKG/LoboTime training module is now live in Learning Central! This training is designed specifically for supervisors and managers whose teams will be using the new UKG/LoboTime system to clock in/out and report leave.
It covers key features and responsibilities to help leaders support their teams during the transition. While this initial training is focused on supervisors and managers only, we’re actively working on additional modules for exempt and non-exempt employees, which will be released soon.
As always, time.unm.edu is your go-to resource for the latest updates, training materials, and access to the FAQ page where you can participate in the UKG/LoboTime implementation by submitting questions and reviewing answers to common questions.
