HR Agents represent a designated Banner Level 3 Organization and work with the Division of Human Resources (HR) by providing feedback on current/proposed institutional HR programs, initiatives, communications, and process strategies that impact the organization. This role also serves as the principal conduit for strategic communication between the Organization and HR on major operational issues and concerns.
