Goals and Strategies
From 2018 to 2020, Human Resources will strive to deliver exceptional service and resources in an effort to realize our vision of creating a culture where our employees are engaged and empowered.
HR serves the University in the unique role of ensuring a positive work environment for both departments AND employees. In order to do this we have committed ourselves to the following goals and strategies.
