HR, IT and Payroll are excited to announce the successful go-live for Phase one departments in the new timekeeping system!
We are working on getting all Org Managers from remaining departments access to the UKG WFM testing site, offering a chance to get familiar with the new interface before the phase two official go-live date on Feb. 21, 2026.
In addition to the testing site, we continue to encourage exempt and non-exempt employees to complete their training in Learning Central.
To support you further, we’ve made several improvements to the time.unm.edu website.
Under the Training Modules tab, you’ll now find a “Policy Resources” section where you can review various timekeeping policies. Additional resources such as job aids and other supporting documents will be added as they become available under the ‘Resources’ tab.
