The Performance Review Timeline
The performance review process starts in November and is completed in March of the following year.
November
- Employee begins Performance Review self assessment
- Employee/manager begins writing goals for next year
December
- Employee completes Performance Review self assessment and sends to manager
January
- Managers reviews and provides input in the Performance Review and begins the performance discussion
February
- Managers complete the Performance Reviews and submits to the Division of Human Resources
March
- All Performance Reviews are due by March
