Employee performed job requirements and demonstrated University Values consistently and fulfilled expectations and periodically excelled. Employee’s work was fully effective, reliable, and of good quality.

I = Improvement Needed

Employee did not consistently perform all job requirements or demonstrate all University Values. Some improvement is needed.
