Did you opt in to receive your 2025 tax forms electronically? If so, your electronic W-2 and 1095-C will be available on Jan. 31. You can access your tax forms in LoboWeb.
If you did not provide your eConsent, paper W-2 forms will be mailed via the U.S. Postal Service to your home address on record no later than Jan. 31.
Beginning this year, in accordance with the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act signed into law at the end of 2024, paper copies of Form 1095-C will be mailed only upon request. Requested paper forms will be mailed to your home address on record by Jan. 31 or within 30 days of the request, whichever is later.
You can still elect to provide eConsent and access your tax forms electronically.
