Course: Mastering the Art of Communication
About: In this session we will be discussing effective communication techniques and areas to watch out for when communicating. This is an interactive course that will give you strategies to effectively communicate.

Course: Emotional Intelligence
About: Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the ability to manage both your own emotions and understand the emotions of people around you. Emotional intelligence helps you build stronger relationships, succeed at school and work, and achieve your personal and professional goals. This course will help you connect with your feelings, turn intention into action, and make informed decisions about what matters most to you.
