Are you ready to lead? Whether you are currently in a leadership position or plan to be in the future, EOD’s ULead Hybrid program is for you! This program is a seven-week series that offers you a challenging and supportive environment where you can uncover your identity as a leader and positively impact the world around you.
Choose from three learning paths, Project Management, Managing Relationships in the Workplace, and Change Management, to develop your leadership skills for your career path.
ULead is a dedicated time commitment where you will be expected to attend once a week for seven weeks. All sessions will be in person.

Tuesdays | 9:30 a.m. - Noon | 1 - 3:30 p.m.
Because of the extensive time commitment, approval from your supervisor is required.
