The Division of Human Resources is excited to announce the transition of Engagement and Organizational Development to the Talent Development department. This transition is more than a name change—it reflects our commitment to strengthening learning and development programs that better serve the campus community. Employees and leaders have consistently expressed the need for HR to deliver more focused talent development opportunities, including enhanced supervisor and leadership training, as well as practical programs that support day‑to‑day skills for navigating the University’s business processes.
The Talent Development team looks forward to collaborating with employees across the University, with a renewed commitment to professional growth and skill development.
