We’re excited to announce the launch of the Lobo Leadership Resource Hub — a new website designed to connect UNM managers, supervisors, HR liaisons, and HR Agents with the resources they need to lead with confidence.
This effort builds on last year’s launch of the Lobo Leadership Academy, part of a concerted effort to enhance training, development, and support of managers and supervisors across campus

Aligned with UNM 2040 Goal Four: Sustainability and informed by recent Employee Engagement Surveys, this centralized hub helps managers intuitively navigate UNM’s complex array of support resources and offers quick access to topics like:
Users can filter by topic using the drop-down arrow under ‘category’ or use quick links to find timely, relevant resources when they need them most.
