About: During this session you will learn how to become a better leader and master the art of delegation. Supervisors who know how to delegate empower their teams to get work done, and in the process create an environment where employees are proud of their work. Whether you lead students, admin support, a team, or an entire department, we’ll cover what the right type of delegation is, why we hold back from delegating, and how we can delegate better.
