It’s Time to Refresh Your Goals

The end of the year might seem far off, but Performance Evaluation time will be here before we know it! Now is the perfect time to check in on the goals you set last year. Things change—projects evolve, priorities shift—and it’s important to make sure your goals reflect your most current objectives.

By updating your goals now, you’ll be ready for a smooth and accurate evaluation process when PEP time arrives. Plus, it’s a great way to keep track of your accomplishments!


Here’s how to get started:

  1. Log in to your UNM Jobs homepage.
  2. Find your goals in the upper left corner under “Performance.”
  3. Review and update your goals by clicking the arrow next to each one. Instead of deleting outdated goals, edit them to reflect what you’re currently working on—this way, all your progress will be captured in PEP! 


Make sure to hit “Save” after making changes!
