Supporting comments: When self assessing your goals, be sure to include descriptive and specific information in the Employee self-assessment field.
For each goal, consider the following:
- How you accomplished any goals and duties
- Trainings that were completed over the performance review period
- Committees or professional affiliates
- Any additional job duties you acquired over the reporting period
- Any results or data to support goal completion
- Note: Self assessment ratings and supporting comments will be kept in your performance review along side your supervisors rating and supporting comments.
