After a two-year hiatus, the Stadium Stair Challenge is back! UNM is hosting the 5th Annual Stadium Stair Challenge on April 30, 2022! Join in the excitement of walking, jogging, or running the 1,668 University Stadium steps and crossing the finishing line on the Lobo’s football stadium turf.
Training classes are available for the UNM community. Benefits & Employee Wellness Health Education Consultant Leah Adent will prepare you with seven weeks of training classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning March 15 from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. Tuesday’s training will be in person at the University Stadium, and UNM COVID guidelines will apply. Thursday’s training session will be virtual via Zoom. The training sessions will support your personal fitness potential so you can do your best on event day!
Fourteen training sessions include complimentary entry into the race: $150. Tuition remission is available for all benefits-eligible UNM employees.
