Are you an employee looking to improve your interpersonal skills and become more effective in the workplace? Look no further than ULead. This in-person program gives employees the tools to become more effective leaders, improve communication, manage conflict successfully and lead teams with confidence. The program is available to all UNM employees as part of their UNM benefits.
Exciting changes are coming to the ULead program this fall. The program has been condensed from seven weeks to five weeks and now meets twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This new format provides more time for robust training and group project preparation. Talent Development has also partnered with Employee Wellness to bring in additional guest speakers.
