Benefits & Employee Wellness is excited to offer a new 6-week wellness class: Goodnight Lobos: Steps to Improve Your Bedtime Story. This supportive class is designed to help you improve your sleep, boost your energy, and feel your best – both at work and at home.
Sleep is the foundation of physical health, mental clarity, and emotional resilience. Yet, in our busy lives, it’s often the first thing we sacrifice. Goodnight Lobos will guide you through practical strategies to reclaim your rest. Each week, we’ll explore different topics, including:
Whether you’re struggling with falling asleep, staying asleep, or just want to feel more refreshed in the morning, this class is for you. You’ll gain science-backed insights, personalized strategies, and the support of a community of fellow Lobos on the same journey.
Goodnight Lobos is open to all UNM employees, including HSC, SRMC, and UNMMG, and will be offered via Zoom to fit your schedule.
