Summer Lunch Crunch fitness classes and stretch breaks are back! Join Health Education Consultant and Certified Personal Trainer, Victoria Crawford-Perez, for energizing sessions starting this summer, including two weekly workouts and two stretch breaks via Zoom.
On Wednesdays and Fridays from noon to 12:30 p.m., join a quick, upbeat 30-minute workout featuring circuit training, HIIT, or Tabata.
Midmorning stretch breaks are held Tuesdays from 10 to 10:15 a.m.
Afternoon stretch breaks are held Thursdays from 2 to 2:15 p.m.
All sessions are free for benefits-eligible employees. Click the links below to register for the entire fall semester.
