Spring back into the semester with Lunch Crunch fitness classes and stretch breaks! Mark your calendars to join Health Education Consultant and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Julia Lee. Starting Jan. 13 employees can join two workouts and two stretch breaks a week via Zoom.
On Wednesdays and Fridays from noon to 12:30 p.m., join a quick and upbeat 30-minute workout featuring circuit training, bands, HIIT, or Tabata.
The mid-morning stretch breaks are on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
The afternoon stretch breaks are on Thursdays from 2 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.
All sessions are FREE for benefits-eligible employees. Just click on the links to register. Once you have registered at all three links you will be able to get into all the classes for the whole semester. For additional prerecorded workouts visit the Employee Wellness YouTube playlist.
