The 2024 Performance Evaluation Process (PEP) opens Monday, Dec. 2, with all evaluations due by Friday, April 4, 2025.
This is a great opportunity for employees and their managers to reflect accomplishments, discuss engagement, and plan for future growth. Remember, these evaluations should complement—not replace—regular one-on-one meetings throughout the year.
To support a meaningful and productive evaluation experience, HR’s Engagement & Organizational Development (EOD) team has updated the PEP website with FAQs, training videos, and helpful tools for everyone involved in the process.
We will also be holding a series of virtual PEP 101 sessions for anyone with questions regarding the process.
