Labor and Employee Relations (LER) would like to remind all departments to review and update federal and state mandatory posters. State posters with a revision date of December 2023 or later remain in compliance. Any federal posters with a revision date before January 2025 must be updated to remain in compliance.
Why? Employers are required by state and federal law to post state and federal mandatory posters in visible areas where employees often interact. These posters ensure that employees have up to date information relating to the rights of employees.
How to Update Federal and State Posters: To request a laminated copy of the Federal and State Posters, please email LER’s office at LER@unm.edu. Posters can also be printed individually on standard paper or picked up at LER’s office.
