ULead Leadership Program Open for Fall

Are you ready to become an effective leader? Employee & Organizational Development (EOD) is excited to announce that registration for the Fall ULead session is now available. ULead will run Oct. 8 through Nov. 19.

ULead is a 7-week course designed to develop your leadership skills to enhance your career path and your personal development. ULead uncovers your innate leadership abilities so you can positively impact the world around you, no matter your job level or function.

ULead sessions are full day, immersive, in-person sessions each Tuesday and attendance is mandatory on all days. For details on the complete schedule, visit the ULead website.

To personalize your leadership skills development, ULead also has three learning paths to choose from:

  • Project Management - From ideas to solutions, lead, execute, and monitor your projects.
  • Managing Relationships in the Workplace - Communication, engagement, conflict resolution, change management, and Coaching: Move People Forward.
  • Change Management - Leading yourself and others through change and focusing on understanding and navigating change using brain and behavioral science.

If you are ready to join ULead Online, please fill out the application form by Sept. 20 and we will contact you with next steps. Applications received after the deadline will be accommodated based on capacity.

ULead is available to all UNM employees as part of your UNM benefits.
