Managers and HR Agents have access to check the status of review completion through the Performance Review Step Status Report. Probationary reviews are done in UNMJobs as well! During this initial roll-out, if an employee’s probation period ends between Dec 1 and March 1, they will be assigned the annual performance review in UNMJobs. The completion of this review will serve as both their probationary and annual review. For employees whose probation period ends after March 1, they will be assigned a probationary review in UNMJobs at the end of their probation period.
Send an email to PEP@unm.edu and we’ll get back to you shortly!
