This is an important time to make sure that expectations and goals are clear for both parties. It also gives a chance for the Manager to offer constructive feedback and recognize accomplishments. The Employee and Manager can also discuss future plans and any training that might aid them in their job responsibilities.
Goals can be created and modified by employees and managers, and the history of changes to goals is logged by the system. To see the history and details for a specific goal, select “View History” from the dropdown menu for each goal on the “My Goals” page.
You will receive an automated email notifying you that a direct report has completed his or her self-evaluation. You will also see a link to “Complete Manager Evaluation of Employee Name” on your UNMJobs homepage.
