The month of September, managers and supervisors were asked to share the results of the Employee Engagement Survey with their direct reports and conduct State of the Team meetings to discuss the results as a group. For October, the goal is for teams to collectively create a simple action plan to address one area of opportunity that came out of the State of the Team discussions.
