Employee Wellness offers complimentary individual counseling to benefits-eligible faculty and staff. Use this one-on-one service to be the healthiest person you can be!
We have three different counseling options:
- Nutrition Counseling
Our registered dietitian nutritionist can help with a variety of concerns including general healthy eating, weight loss, sports nutrition, food sensitivities, controlling diabetes, eating gluten-free, and more.
- Fitness Counseling
Our certified personal trainers can help you get the most out of your workout through goal setting, integrative posture and movement assessments, and workout design strategies.
We focus on creating an activity plan that helps you safely and effectively reach your goals. This is not 1:1 personal training where we accompany you during your workout. If you are looking for personal training, we recommend Recreational Services.
- Health and Wellness Counseling
Do you need assistance focusing your energy on a specific wellness goal? Our Certified Health and Wellness Coach can serve as an ally to facilitate, empower, and lead individuals to the achievement of self-determined goals.
Counseling sessions are 1-hour in length. We can meet clients either at the HR Service Center or at Johnson Center. Phone consults are available for those who are unable to meet on main campus.
