Summer Lunch Crunch fitness classes and stretch breaks are back! Join Health Education Consultant and Certified Personal Trainer, Victoria Crawford-Perez, for energizing sessions starting this summer, including two weekly workouts and two stretch breaks via Zoom.
On Wednesdays and Fridays from 12:00 pm – 12:30 pm, join a quick and upbeat 30-minute workout featuring circuit training, HIIT, or Tabata.
The mid-morning stretch breaks are on Tuesdays from 10:00 am – 10:15 am.
The afternoon stretch breaks are on Thursdays from 2:00 pm – 2:15 pm.
All sessions are FREE for benefits-eligible employees. Just click on the links to register. Once you have registered at all three links you will be able to get into all the classes for the whole fall semester. For additional prerecorded workouts visit the Employee Wellness YouTube playlist.
